BUILDING MAINTENANCE

  • Oversee the activities of all service contractors

  • Collect assessments
  • Collect late notices
  • Deposit receipts
  • Pay bills from association funds.
  • Maintain account records.
  • Prepare operating and capital budgets.
  • Orchestrate the annual audit and income tax preparations.
  • Distribute comprehensive monthly financial reports to each board member.


ADMINISTRATIVE/CLERICAL ASSISTANCE

  • Attend board meetings.
  • Maintain resident contact lists.
  • Mail periodic notices to residents, keeping them informed of board decisions.
  • Assist the board in policy administration.
  • Manage insurance policies.
  • Supervise the association's personnel, include hiring, firing and payroll.
  • Prepare and file forms, reports and returns required by law.
