The Ivy Property Managemt leasing team is dedicated to securing quality tenants for your residential rental property. Our specialists market your home across a multitude of digital channels, manage showings, execute credit and background checks, and manage all necessary paperwork. Our leasing services come at a one-time locator fee of the equivalence of 1 months' rent.

We conduct regular inspections to ensure your property is in top condition, identify potential issues and address them before they become major problems. Inspections a-la-carte are $99.00.

 Ivy Property Management can help you get your rental property licensed by the proper city, county, or state as required.   License processing cost is $175 plus the cost of license.

 Ivy Property Management can help you get your rental property lead inspection completed to meet city, county, or state requirements.   Lead processing cost is $125 plus the cost the inspection.

 We don’t want you to experience the stress of having a tenant walk away - leaving you with an empty property, no rent, and the expense of finding a new tenant. If we place a tenant with you and that tenant vacates your property in less than six months, we will place a new qualified tenant at no additional cost.

 We understand how important turnaround is to you and your bottom line. If we don’t rent your property in 29 days or less (when your following the recommendations of your Ivy Property Management team), you will receive a discount on your first month’s management fee.
