 Are you a dedicated Realtor trying to provide your clients with all their real estate needs to include Property Management Services?


Well managing rental property can be rewarding provided you have adequate support staff, appropriate software, reliable vendors, and a location central to your inventory, an aggressive leasing program and the personal dedication necessary to pull it all together and make it work. But your expertise is most likely in real estate sales, so your property management demands are generally a distraction from your real passion, sales. We can assure you that no matter what size your inventory, if you are not 100% focused on your property management business, it may cause you unwanted legal problems for you and your client. It is imperative that you stay abreast of all local and statewide laws pertaining to leasing, licensing, environmental issues, and more.


A solution to doing it yourself may be outsourcing the business to someone you can trust, Ivy Property Management. We know and understand the needs of your clients. We are here to protect their investment and your relationship with your client.


Build a bond with us and we will reward you for it.


Outside agents, we will pay you a referral fee of $275.00 for each referral client that signs a 12-month property management agreement. We will also record you as agent on record, in the event your client decides they want to sell their property, we will refer this back out to you.
